Our goal is to be among the finest learning communities in the country and a haven for students to explore the values that Jewish families hold dear. We want to send well-prepared students, students who possess confidence and a strong sense of self into the world. It is our vision that our students will become the moral and ethical leaders of tomorrow. Our Story Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson generously volunteered to initiate the funding to inspire others, just as major philanthropists before them set the example of providing the seed money to turn dreams into reality. Andrew Carnegie created seven philanthropic and educational organizations in the United States, including the Carnegie Corporation of New York, and several in Europe. John D. Rockefeller established numerous charitable organizations, including the Rockefeller Foundation. Nathan Meyer Rothschild helped provide the poorest with access to education and took on other important social concerns and charities. The long-term success of The Adelson Educational Campus cannot be a solo endeavor. Rather, it will require the effort of many. Consider the leading communities that rally around their schools by contributing time and money to ensure that students receive the best possible education. To secure the future of this important community asset, Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson firmly believe that members of our community must be their partners in taking The Adelson Educational Campus to a higher level. As an incentive to engage the community and make the schools truly community schools, they have committed a substantial portion of the money to be raised in the form of matching funds. The community is needed and wanted in the creation of this new, transformed institution that will benefit so many, today and for generations to come. We ask you to join us by giving to create a lasting and meaningful legacy.
